Raise your energy today: stop tolerating!

We humans tolerate a lot, most of which isn’t necessary, holds us back, causes us grief and wastes our time and energy.

Often, we are taught not to complain, to go along with others, to be grateful for what we have, to be understanding. Not bad advice, but we can still stop tolerating what is annoying us!

Ask yourself:

  1. What are you putting up with?
  2. How will you stop?
  3. Who will you have to retrain?

Toleration areas: procedures, working environment, equipment, job tasks, co-workers, the home, the garden, things you mean to get round to, car repairs, friends, neighbours.

Then pick the easiest, or pick one that has been around for a long time, and start working on it. If it is tough, spend just 15 minutes on it. For most people, that makes a difference.
